Returns:

Customers can return products within 24 hours of receiving the order. The refund process will be completed after the returned product is inspected. If payment was made electronically, the refund will be made according to your bank’s requirements. Please note that the refunded amount will only include the value of the purchased product, and our store is not responsible for the return shipping costs of the unwanted product.

Instances in which Products Are Not Returnable:

There are certain situations in which product returns are not permitted, as follows:

Opened Product: If the product has been opened.

Defective Product: If the product is defective or damaged.

Request Outside the Return Period: If the return request is submitted within one day of receiving the product.

Used Product: If the product has been used or is in a condition other than that in which it was received.

Removed Security Tag: When the security tag has been removed.

Products Without Original Accessories: If the product lacks original accessories such as price tags, labels, or packaging.

How do I get a refund if I receive an incorrect or damaged product?

If the product arrives damaged or does not match what was selected on the website, you can return it in the same condition you received it in and in the same original packaging within 1 day from the date of receipt. Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect it and immediately begin the process of refunding you, including the product value and the shipping and handling costs.
